Q: How long does it take for a new company to go online?

A: After we receives the complete information, it may take a day or two for a new company to go online, depending on the number of employees.

Q: How long does it take to add a new employee for an already online company?

A: For companies that are already online, adding new employees can be done in one day.

Q: Can employee check their payroll online?

A: Currently, there is no application for customers' employees to view their own payroll.

Q: Can vacation rate be changed?

A: Vacation rate is set in the background of the system, please contact us if you need to change vacation rate.

Q: How is holiday pay calculated?

A: Holiday pay calculation is currently carried out in excel based on the summary report exported from system.

Q: How long does it take to produce one period’s paystubs?

A: For regular wages, if you fill out the working hours form, it will take about 10 minutes to run the payroll in our system (around 10 employees).

Q: If there is a change to paystub, will there be additional fee?

A: No additional charge if it’s our system’s error. If the change is required by the client, there maybe additional charge according to the situation.

Engagement Letters & Agreements

a. We kindly ask the client to sign a payroll engagement letter, it is a 3-year contract, however, on page 2, 5. Termination, it is stated that you can cancel anytime by sending a written notice 30 days in advance. 

b. Our payroll services are performed and billed on digital platforms and the payment has to be by preauthorized credit card. To better serve our client, we have also created a Pre-Authorized Credit Card Payment Agreement. With the client’s authorization, the professional fee for monthly payroll service will be automatically charged from the credit card the client reserved.



a. The basic price will be charged per employee per paystub. Based on the number of employees, Discount may apply under volume circumstances, Pricing schema please visit 

b. Invoice will be issued to the client from NT on the 15th of every month, based on the actual number of pay slips produced in the previous month. 

c. Credit Note (i.e., Customers who currently have a package price with Times CPA), For a two-year period, customer will not be double charged. They will receive credit note from Elite Times CPA Inc. in May and Oct each year for the total amount they paid to NT, so they can deduct the amount when paying their accounting fee.
